High Speed Lineal Edgers

 

 

 

We offer an edger system capable of feeding boards on a belt conveyor at 1200 fpm with minimum gap. We achieve fast accurate sets through the use of Linear Motors. Our unique design uses collared saws capable of skewing, and slewing based on the lineal scan solution. The result is a system requiring no hydraulics, no saw guides, and no saw lube, so operating costs are dramatically reduced..
